Additional Shipping Information

  1. Warehouse Locations
    We will ship products from either our Asia or North America warehouses, depending on product availability in inventory. This ensures faster fulfillment and flexibility in meeting customer orders.

  2. Customs Rejection of Lighters
    Occasionally, certain countries’ customs departments may reject lighter shipments due to regulations concerning flammable liquids—even though all lighters are emptied before packing. If this occurs, the package will be returned to us. We will promptly resend the order using an alternative carrier to avoid further rejection. This will be at no extra cost to our customers.

  3. Delivery Address Requirements
    Some delivery companies in specific countries or regions require a valid street/residential address. P.O. Boxes are not recommended as they may cause delivery delays or returns.
