How long will it take for my order to ship?

We operate with a 48-Hour Dispatch promise. We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours to ensure your items are on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where are your products shipped from?

To ensure global availability, we maintain warehouses in both Asia and North America. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you that has your item in stock.

Can you ship lighters to a P.O. Box?

No. Due to international safety regulations regarding lighter shipments, we strictly cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address to strictly avoid delays or returns.

Will my lighter arrive filled with fuel?

No. Due to strict international aviation and postal safety regulations, all lighters are shipped completely empty of gas or fluid. You will need to purchase high-quality butane or lighter fluid locally to fill your lighter upon arrival.

What happens if my lighter is returned by Customs?

While rare, some customs agencies may reject lighter shipments. If this happens, do not worry. We will automatically resend your order using an alternative carrier at no extra cost to you. Alternatively, you may request a full refund if you prefer not to wait.

My new lighter isn't lighting. Is it broken?

Most likely, it just needs to be "bled." Because we ship lighters empty, air can get trapped in the tank. Before filling, use a small tool to depress the filler valve and release any trapped air. Then, fill with premium butane and wait 2-3 minutes for the gas to settle before lighting.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your ritual. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your package directly via our Order Tracking Page to see live updates.

Are your Japanese lighters authentic?

Absolutely. We are an authorized stockist for Prince, Sarome Tokyo, and other premium brands. Every lighter we sell is a genuine, factory-direct piece backed by our guarantee of authenticity.

Why is my tracking stuck at "International Sort Facility"?

This is normal for international shipments. Packages often pause for 2-4 days while waiting for customs clearance or a connecting flight. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

What specific fuel should I use for my lighter?

This depends on the model:

  • For Prince "Dolphin" or "Robot" (Petrol): Use high-quality liquid lighter fluid (like Zippo fluid).
  • For Sarome/Prince Gas Lighters: Use Premium Butane (like Xikar or Colibri). Never use cheap drugstore butane, as the impurities will clog the precision valves of Japanese lighters.
My lighter is sparking but not lighting. What is wrong?

If you have a gas lighter, the flame height might be set too low for the fuel to catch. Locate the adjustment screw on the bottom and turn it slightly towards the (+) sign. Also, ensure you have "bled" the tank of air before filling.

Can I cancel or change my address after ordering?

We process orders very quickly (within 48 hours). If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, we can no longer modify the destination address.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
