At Cigar Accessories Warehouse, we want our customers to be fully informed about special shipping regulations that may affect lighter orders.
Customs & Regulations

Some countries classify lighters as containing flammable liquids, even though we always empty the fuel before shipping.

In rare cases, customs authorities may reject lighter shipments due to these regulations.
What Happens If a Shipment Is Rejected?

If your package is returned to us by customs, we will resend your order using an alternative carrier to minimize the chance of further rejection.

No extra fee will be charged to our customers for reshipment.

If you prefer not to wait for reshipment, you may request a cancellation of your order and receive a full refund.

If no cancellation request is received from the buyer, we will always repost the package once it returns to us.
Delivery Address Requirements

Some postal carriers and customs agencies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

To avoid delays or returns, we strongly recommend providing a valid street/residential address for all lighter orders.
Warehouse Locations

Orders may be shipped from either our Asia or North America warehouses, depending on product availability.
